Wir von The Storytelling Company betreiben die BMW Motorrad Welt Berlin – ein rund 1.000 m² großer Treffpunkt für Motorradfans, Community, Motorradfans und alle, die den Sound von Freiheit lieben. Im Showroom der BMW Motorrad Welt erlebst du die neuesten BMW Motorräder hautnah und interaktiv, entdeckst spannende Sonderausstellungen und bekommst exklusive Einblicke in die aktuelle Gear & Garment Kollektion sowie das Original BMW Motorrad Zubehör. Im Herzen der Location wartet unser Bistro - der perfekte Ort zum Verweilen und Austauschen. Direkt daneben liegt unser Shop, prall gefüllt mit aktueller Gear & Garment Kollektion und stylischem Merchandise. Neben dem täglichen Betrieb finden regelmäßig Veranstaltungen statt: Von Season Openings über Kinoabende und Reise-Reportings bis hin zu Live-Podcasts – in der BMW Motorrad Welt ist immer Action angesagt.

Deine Mission Als Showroom Host bist du für den Betrieb und die Betreuung des Showrooms verantwortlich. Du bist in der Lage fachliche Gespräche rund um die BMW Motorrad Welt zu führen, denn du stehst in direktem Kontakt mit unseren Gästen und repräsentierst die Marke BMW Motorrad mit Leidenschaft und Begeisterung. Du unterstützt und betreust uns bei Veranstaltungen und bist Ansprechpartner bei Vermietungen der Räumlichkeiten. Wir suchen aktuell Unterstützung an 3 Tagen pro Woche mit einem Stundenumfang von 24 Std./Woche. Der Showroom ist von Montag bis Samstag (außer an Feiertagen) zwischen 10:00 und 19:00 Uhr geöffnet. Bei Veranstaltungen können die Öffnungszeiten abweichen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Öffnung und Schließung der BMW Motorrad Welt
  • Begrüßung, Betreuung und Beratung von Gästen im Showroom
  • Steuerung der Medientechnik
  • Reinigung und Aufbereitung von Fahrzeugen, Möbeln und Objekten
  • Auf- und Abbautätigkeiten für Veranstaltungen und Vermietungen
  • Lagerbestandskontrollen und Berichten von Mängeln
  • Betreuung von Kunden, die Workshopräume gebucht haben, inklusive Einweisung in die Technik

Ihr Profil

  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Gästen und dabei Erlebnisse geschaffen (z. B. Promotion)
  • Du bist Technik- und mobilitätsaffin oder bereit, dich in diese Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Du hast bereits ein erstes fachliches und technisches Verständnis für die Marke BMW Motorrad bzw. bist interessiert daran, dieses zu erlangen
  • Du bist offen, kommunikativ und kontaktfreudig
  • Du kommunizierst fließend in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Du hast Interesse an Motorrädern – idealerweise fährst du selbst
