Für den Standort Schwechat suchen wir eine technisch versierte Persönlichkeit, die Qualität nicht nur kontrolliert, sondern Produkte und technische Lösungen aktiv mitgestaltet. Die Position verbindet Quality Management mit Produkttechnik, technischer Kundenberatung und der Begleitung von Produktinnovationen. 1 Quality & Technical Specialist Ihre Aufgaben:

Sicherstellung und laufende Weiterentwicklung der Produktqualität sowie Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Produktprüfungen

Verantwortung für die Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Standards, Zertifizierungen und technischer Spezifikationen

Technische Beratung von Kunden und Vertrieb bei Produktauswahl, kundenspezifischen Anforderungen und technischen Lösungsansätzen

Begleitung von Produktinnovationen und neuen technischen Anforderungen sowie Bewertung ihrer Umsetzbarkeit

Technische Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Einkauf bei Produktspezifikationen, Produktfreigaben und Lieferantenthemen

Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Ursachenanalysen und nachhaltige Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsprozessen, Prüfplänen und technischen Dokumentationen

Durchführung von Werksaudits, technischen Schulungen sowie Mitarbeit in Fach- und Normungsgremien

Ihr passendes Profil:

Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung, idealerweise HTL Elektrotechnik

Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Qualitätswesen eines technischen Unternehmens

Erfahrung mit Qualitätsprüfungen, Prüfplänen und dokumentierten Qualitätsprozessen

Gutes Verständnis technischer Produkte sowie sicherer Umgang mit Normen, Spezifikationen und Konformitätsanforderungen

Erfahrung mit Qualitätsmethoden und Ursachenanalysen, z. B. 5-Why, 8D oder Ishikawa

Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office und ERP; Erfahrung mit CAQ-Systemen von Vorteil

Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Technik, Vertrieb, Einkauf und Produktion

Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie überzeugende Kommunikation
