Farben, Oberflächen und Materialien sind Ihre Welt? Gleichzeitig verstehen Sie es, Kunden kompetent zu beraten und Lösungen zu schaffen. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion verbinden Sie Ihre praktische Erfahrung im Malerhandwerk mit Kundenberatung, Offertwesen und Organisation.

Ihre Tätigkeiten:

Malerarbeiten (ca. 50 %)

  • Selbstständige Ausführung von hochwertigen Malerarbeiten auf Baustellen und in der Werkstatt
  • Behandeln, Beschichten und Veredeln von Holzoberflächen sowie weiteren Untergründen
  • Ausführen von Fassaden\-, Spritz\- und Oberflächenarbeiten
  • Sicherstellen einer qualitativ einwandfreien und effizienten Arbeitsausführung
  • Fachgerechter Einsatz und Pflege von Maschinen, Geräten und Arbeitsmitteln

Kundenberatung und Offertwesen (ca. 50 %)

  • Beraten von Bauherren und Kunden bei der Auswahl von Oberflächen, Farben und Ausführungsvarianten
  • Durchführen von Kunden\- und Objektbesichtigungen
  • Erarbeiten von Lösungen und Ausführungsvarianten für individuelle Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Erstellen und Kalkulieren von Offerten für Malerarbeiten
  • Bearbeiten von Nachträgen sowie administrative Begleitung der Aufträge
  • Unterstützung bei Arbeitsvorbereitung, Terminplanung und Projektkoordination

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maler EFZ sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Malergewerbe
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in der Oberflächenbehandlung, Beschichtungstechnik sowie im Umgang mit modernen Maschinen, Geräten und Spritzsystemen
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt, Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen und Entwickeln von praxisgerechten Lösungen
  • Erfahrung im Offertwesen und in der Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Technisches Verständnis, gutes Organisationstalent sowie unternehmerisches und wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\-Kenntnisse (mind. C1, in Wort und Schrift), gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse sowie ein professionelles und sicheres Auftreten
