Als Head of Project Management Competence Center führen, inspirieren und entwickeln Sie 2 Teams. Sie sind zuständig für das Project Management Office (PMO), wo die Methode und die Arbeitsweise in Projekten festgelegt und überwacht wird. Daneben führen sie einen Pool an (Senior-) Projektleitern. Mit diesem Team verantworten Sie die Initiierung und Betreuung von Innovations- und Digitalisierungs-Projekten und entwickeln das Project Management Competence Center zu einem Partner für das Management zur Unterstützung der Erreichung der Ziele der STRABAG. * Sie analysieren, evaluieren und priorisieren Projektanfragen auf Basis der strategischen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens und den Vorgaben des Managements * Sie überwachen eine Vielzahl an Innovations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten und behalten dabei das Projektcontrolling mit besonderem Fokus auf die Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung im Blick * Sie unterstützen und coachen Projektmanager:innen und Linienführungskräfte rund um zu initiierende und laufende Projekte * Sie konzeptionieren und bauen gemeinsam mit der Direktionsleitung ein Projekt Portfolio Management System auf * Sie informieren das Management der SID und den Vorstand der STRABAG SE periodisch über die Entwicklung und Status des Projektportfolios * Sie priorisieren, analysieren und implementieren (KI-) Use Cases zur Optimierung interner Abläufe; * Sie installieren KPIs zur Überwachung der Projekte und der Portfolios und implementieren effiziente Eskalationsprozesse; * Sie fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zu internen und externen Stakeholder:innenUnser Mehrwert für Sie * Gemeinsam stark ab Tag 1: Starten Sie mit einem strukturierten Onboarding-Programm, das Ihnen den Einstieg erleichtert.
