Was für uns zählt

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HAS, kfm. Lehre)

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst

* Technische Affinität bzw. Interesse an Technik von Vorteil

* Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)

* Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Durchsetzungsstärke

* Strukturierte, proaktive, lösungsorientierte sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise runden das Profil ab

Ihr Beitrag bei uns

* Laufende Bearbeitung der Bestellungen der Nachunternehmer

* Bestellung der Artikel bei den Lieferanten

* Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Logistikdienstleister

* Nachbestellungen für Logistiklager

* Koordination der Lieferungen mit Baustelle und Nachunternehmer

* Bearbeitung der Lieferscheine

* Auftragserstellung im firmeneigenen Bestellsystem (Strabis/SPS)

* Erstellung Ausgangsrechnungen und Kontrolle von Eingangsrechnungen
