Ab sofort suchen wir: 1 Objektleiter_in Unterhalts- und Sonderreinigung (M/W/X) Vielfältig, verantwortungsvoll, zukunftssicher - als Teamleiter:in bei STRABAG Property and Facility Services übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle im Facility Management. Kommen Sie in unser Team!

Was für uns zählt

* Abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung in der Denkmal-, Gebäude- und Fassadenreinigung

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Gebäudereinigung

* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie mit einem CAFM-System

* Deutschkenntnisse C1 Niveau

* Kaufmännisches Verständnis und organisatorisches Geschick

* Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Handschlagqualität

Ihr Beitrag bei uns

* Führung, Einteilung und Koordination eines Reinigungsteams

* Planung, Organisation und Qualitätssicherung in der Unterhalts- und Sonderreinigung

* Selbstständige Durchführung von Preiskalkulation und Angebotslegung

* Betreuung der Kund:innen sowie Koordination der Abläufe vor Ort

* Koordination und Planung des eigenen Budgets

* Gewährleistung einer optimalen Personaleinsatzplanung durch das eigene Team sowie Planung und Beauftragung von externen Dienstleistern

* Unterstützung bei der Akquise und dem Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen
