Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para coordenador a equipe de Dados, com foco em liderar a estratégia de dados da organização, promovendo soluções escaláveis de Engenharia de Dados, governança e Business Inteligence, sendo importante ter liderança colaborativa, visão estratégica, comunicação com stakeholders e forte capacidade analítica. Atuará como liderança da área de Dados, sendo responsável por estruturar e evoluir a arquitetura de dados, governança, analytics e inteligência de negócios, garantindo qualidade, segurança e escalabilidade das soluções que apoiam a tomada de decisão estratégica da organização. Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido: 3 dias presenciais

Atividades: - Liderar a estratégia de dados da organização alinhada aos objetivos do negócio. - Coordenar equipes de Engenharia de Dados e Business Inteligence. - Definir e evoluir arquiteturas de dados modernas, incluindo Data Lake, Lakehouse e Data Warehouse. - Gerenciar o desenvolvimento e a manutenção de pipelines de dados, processos ETL/ELT e integrações sistêmicas. - Implementar políticas, processos e indicadores de governança, qualidade e segurança de dados - Garantir a conformidade com LGPD e demais regulamentações aplicáveis. - Supervisionar o ciclo de vida dos dados, desde a captura até o consumo analítico. - Liderar iniciativas de Business Intelligence, modelagem analítica e definição de indicadores estratégicos. - Estruturar modelos de dados conceituais, lógicos e físicos para ambientes operacionais e analíticos. - Atuar em parceria com áreas de negócio e tecnologia para traduzir demandas em soluções orientadas por dados. - Otimizar o desempenho de ambientes de dados, assegurando escalabilidade, eficiência e redução de custos. - Desenvolver e capacitar a equipe, promovendo boas práticas, inovação e evolução técnica. - Acompanhar tendências tecnológicas e propor melhorias contínuas para a estratégia de dados.
