Das sind deine Aufgaben

Die Rolle als SDR ist der perfekte Einstieg in die Vertriebswelt und kann für dich der erste Schritt auf dem Weg zum Sales Consultant sein. Als erste Kontaktperson für Neukunden übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:

  • Du sprichst täglich potenzielle Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail und LinkedIn an, weckst ihr Interesse und baust erste Beziehungen auf.
  • Du identifizierst die richtigen Ansprechpartner, prüfst deren Bedarf und vereinbarst Meetings für das Sales Consultant Team.
  • Du dokumentierst deine Aktivitäten im CRM (HubSpot) und hältst Kundendaten stets aktuell.
  • Du gibst wertvolles Feedback zu Markt- und Kundenbedürfnissen weiter, um unsere Vertriebsstrategie weiterzuentwickeln.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Kundenkontakt oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, kontaktfreudig und hast keine Scheu vor der Kaltakquise.
  • Du hast ein grundlegendes Verständnis für CRM-Systeme oder bist motiviert, dich schnell in Tools wie HubSpot einzuarbeiten.
  • Du hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation und möchtest dich im Vertrieb weiterentwickeln.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, sorgfältig und gewissenhaft an deinen Aufgaben.
