The Opportunity: As a Financial Services Professional at Strategic Financial Group, you'll be the driver behind our clients' financial success. You’ll be given the opportunity to learn from our seasoned professionals while building strong client relationships and fostering growth within our business. You'll play a key role in developing strategic financial plans, analyzing financial data, forecasting trends, and working closely with our team to ensure client satisfaction and success. Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and effective problem-solving. Analyze client's financial status, develop and implement financial strategies. Collaborate with team to share best practices and improve processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the financial industry. Source new clients through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach. Leverage the full suite of resources available at Strategic Financial Group to provide clients with the best possible financial solutions. Commit to continuous training and professional development to enhance your practice and advance your career. Qualifications: 2+ years of professional experience (sales, finance, real estate, banking, education, or client-facing roles preferred) Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Life and Health Insurance Licenses or willing to obtain FINRA Series 7 & Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) or willing to obtain Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software. Demonstrated success in a client-facing financial role. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success.
