Siamo una società di consulenza in forte crescita, attiva in molteplici Industry. Per potenziare la crescita di Strategic, stiamo cercando un/una IT APPLICATION SPECIALIST da inserire nella funzione IT interna.

La persona entrerà a far parte di un team snello e si occuperà della gestione degli applicativi aziendali e del supporto agli utenti, contribuendo anche al miglioramento dei processi interni.

Cerchiamo una persona concreta e autonoma, con un approccio pratico alla risoluzione dei problemi e la capacità di interfacciarsi con colleghi e interlocutori anche internazionali in inglese.

Responsabilità principali

  • Gestione degli applicativi aziendali: seguirai il funzionamento e l'evoluzione del gestionale interno (Zoho), occupandoti della configurazione, della gestione delle anomalie e del rapporto con i fornitori per eventuali modifiche e miglioramenti. Il gestionale mappa i processi HR, il timesheet, la contabilità e la fatturazione.
  • Dati e automazioni: gestirai estrazioni ed elaborazioni di dati, report e piccole automazioni per semplificare le attività ricorrenti e migliorare i processi aziendali.
  • Supporto IT agli utenti: supporterai nella risoluzione delle problematiche degli utenti interni (circa 200 utenti).
  • Gestione dei fornitori IT: ti interfaccerai con i fornitori esterni per segnalazioni, interventi tecnici, aggiornamenti e richieste di modifica, verificando che le attività vengano completate correttamente.
  • Sistemi e dispositivi: collaborerai alla gestione degli strumenti informatici aziendali, degli accessi e dei dispositivi, supportando anche le esigenze IT della controllata estera.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza pregressa in ambito IT, preferibilmente in ruoli che combinino gestione applicativa, supporto tecnico e gestione sistemi aziendali.
  • Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici aziendali e capacità di gestire problematiche applicative e tecniche.
  • Conoscenza di SQL per interrogare ed elaborare dati; costituisce un plus la capacità di realizzare script o automazioni, ad esempio in Python.
  • Familiarità con ambienti Microsoft 365 e con la gestione di account, accessi e dispositivi.
  • Capacità di interfacciarsi con fornitori IT, raccogliere le esigenze degli utenti e seguire le richieste fino alla loro risoluzione.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, per interagire con la controllata estera.
  • Approccio pratico e orientamento alla soluzione, autonomia organizzativa e capacità di gestire priorità e attività diverse.

Cosa offriamo:

  • RAL compresa tra €32.000 e €38.000. La proposta retributiva sarà definita all'interno di questa fascia in base all'esperienza, alle competenze maturate e al livello di seniority coerente con il ruolo, applicando criteri oggettivi e neutri sotto il profilo del genere.

  • Ticket Restaurant da €7 per ogni giornata lavorata.
