Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-5 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage potential candidates.
