Wesentliche Aufgaben

Du hast Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche, kennst die Besonderheiten der Mietenbuchhaltung und behältst auch bei offenen Forderungen den Überblick? Dann suchen wir Dich zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Forderungsmanagement und Mietenbuchhaltung.

  • Du verantwortest das Forderungsmanagement für Miet- und Betriebskostenforderungen und stellst eine konsequente sowie strukturierte Bearbeitung offener Posten sicher;
  • Du klärst offene Forderungen und Zahlungsdifferenzen direkt mit Mietern, Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern;
  • Du bearbeitest und überwachst Ratenzahlungsvereinbarungen, Stundungen und Zahlungsabsprachen;
  • Du führst Kontenklärungen durch und sorgst für eine korrekte Zuordnung und Verbuchung von Zahlungseingängen;
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Immobilienverwaltung, Buchhaltung und gegebenenfalls dem externen Inkasso bzw. Rechtswesen zusammen.

Wesentliche Anforderungen

  • Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Mietenbuchhaltung, Mietverwaltung oder Forderungsmanagement;
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Mahnwesen und Forderungsmanagement und trittst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen sicher und professionell auf;
  • Erfahrung mit dem ERP-System iX-Haus ist wünschenswert;
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich und hast einen ausgeprägten Blick für Zahlen und Details;
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und kannst sowohl mit Mietern als auch mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern souverän umgehen;
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch Zuverlässigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
