  • Experience with SATCOM scheduling, mission planning, network coordination, spacecraft operations, ground operations, or related activities.
  • Understanding of the interfaces between spacecraft, ground systems, communications networks, and mission operations.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple organizations and technical disciplines in a complex operational environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical and operational issues for diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify potential communications conflicts, dependencies, and risks and drive issues toward resolution.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting NRO, USSF, SSC or other IC/DoD space organizations.
  • Current or previous experience with handling special access and reserve level clearances
  • Experience supporting satellite operations from an operational ground station, mission operations center, or satellite operations center.
  • Familiarity with communications link planning, RF systems, ground stations, antennas, network interfaces, and communications capacity management.
  • Experience coordinating communications resources across multiple spacecraft or missions with competing operational priorities.

Key Attributes

The ideal candidate is a mission-oriented integrator who understands both the technical and operational sides of satellite communications. This individual must be comfortable working across organizational boundaries, bringing together operators, communications providers, engineers, schedulers, and mission partners to ensure communications resources are available when and where the mission requires them.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
