Seit 1983 steht Strautmann Hydraulik für Qualität, Kraft und Präzision. Unser Team entwickelt maßgeschneiderte Hydraulikzylinder und Steuerblöcke für den modernen Maschinen- und Anlagenbau. Mit unserem hochmodernen Maschinenpark gewährleisten wir präzise Fertigung bei hoher Produktivität. Wir sind Hersteller von Standard-Hydraulikzylinder in verschiedenen Druckbereichen sowie kundenspezifische Sonderzylinder für spezielle Anforderungen in Bereichen wie Schiffsbau, Luftfahrt, Landmaschinen, Maschinenbau, Baumaschinen und Windkraftanlagen. Im südlichen Landkreis von Osnabrück produzieren wir in Melle Hydraulikkomponenten höchster Qualität und Leistungsfähigkeit für vielfältige Anwendungen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Sie als:

Konstruktionsingenieur Hydraulik (w/m/d) mit Perspektive Abteilungsleitung

Sie bringen fundierte Erfahrung in der Hydraulikkonstruktion mit und möchten den nächsten Schritt gehen? Bei uns übernehmen Sie von Beginn an Verantwortung und werden gezielt auf die Leitung unserer Konstruktionsabteilung vorbereitet.

Ihre Aufgaben:

▪ Eigenverantwortliche Konstruktion und Entwicklung von Hydraulikzylindern und Steuerblöcken, von der Anfrage bis zur Serienreife ▪ Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Baureihen für unterschiedliche Anforderungen ▪ Technische, wirtschaftliche und fertigungsgerechte Optimierung bestehender Produkte ▪ Fachliche Führung, Beratung und Unterstützung des Konstruktionsteams ▪ Verantwortliche Leitung interner und kundenbezogener Entwicklungsprojekte ▪ Technischer Ansprechpartner für Vertrieb, Fertigung und Kunden ▪ Mitgestaltung von Konstruktionsstandards, Prozessen sowie Dokumentation und Datenmanagement ▪ Schrittweise Übernahme von Führungs- und Organisationsaufgaben mit dem Ziel der Abteilungsleitung Konstruktion

Womit Sie uns überzeugen:

▪ Abgeschlossenes Studium des Maschinenbaus, der Konstruktionstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ▪ Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion, idealerweise von Hydraulikzylindern, Steuerblöcken oder vergleichbaren Hydraulikkomponenten ▪ Sicherer Umgang mit 3D-CAD-Systemen, vorzugsweise SolidWorks ▪ Fundierte Kenntnisse in fertigungsgerechter Konstruktion und technischer Dokumentation ▪ Erste Erfahrung in fachlicher Führung oder Projektleitung von Vorteil ▪ Eine Ausbildung zum Technischen Zeichner oder Techniker ist ein Plus ▪ Unternehmerisches Denken, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine proaktive, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
