Als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) in Melle übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in unserer Fertigung: Sie bedienen und überwachen unseren modernen Schweißroboter und sorgen so für einen reibungslosen Produktionsprozess bei der Herstellung unserer Hydraulikzylinder. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Melle suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit technischem Verständnis und Freude an präziser Arbeit.

Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) – Schweißroboter

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Programmieren und Rüsten des Schweißroboters für unterschiedliche Bauteile und Fertigungsaufträge
  • Überwachung der vollautomatisierten Schweißprozesse im laufenden Betrieb
  • Sicht- und Qualitätskontrolle der geschweißten Bauteile nach vorgegebenen Prüfkriterien
  • Fehler- und Störungsbehebung an Anlage und Roboter, um Stillstandzeiten zu minimieren
  • Dokumentation der Fertigungs- und Prüfergebnisse

Ihr Profil

  • Grundkenntnisse im MAG-Schweißen bzw. in der Bedienung von Robotertechnik
  • Hohes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Excel-Grundkenntnisse für die Dokumentation
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit

Ihr Arbeitsalltag bei uns

Im Tagesgeschäft sind Sie die zentrale Ansprechperson für den Schweißroboter: Sie richten die Anlage für neue Bauteile ein, überwachen den automatisierten Ablauf und greifen bei Störungen schnell und lösungsorientiert ein. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit den vor- und nachgelagerten Produktionsbereichen zusammen, damit unsere Hydraulikzylinder termingerecht und in gewohnter Qualität gefertigt werden. Ihre Beobachtungen zur Prozessoptimierung sind bei uns jederzeit willkommen – kurze Wege bedeuten, dass Verbesserungsvorschläge schnell gehört und umgesetzt werden.
