Unser Team entwickelt maßgeschneiderte Hydraulikzylinder und Steuerblöcke für den modernen Maschinen- und Anlagenbau. Mit unserem hochmodernen Maschinenpark gewährleisten wir präzise Fertigung bei hoher Produktivität. Wir sind Hersteller von Standard-Hydraulikzylinder in verschiedenen Druckbereichen sowie kundenspezifische Sonderzylinder für spezielle Anforderungen in Bereichen wie Schiffsbau, Luftfahrt, Landmaschinen, Maschinenbau, Baumaschinen und Windkraftanlagen. Im südlichen Landkreis von Osnabrück produzieren wir in Melle Hydraulikkomponenten höchster Qualität und Leistungsfähigkeit für vielfältige Anwendungen.

Wir suchen:

Werkstudent Recruiting & Bewerbermanagement(m/w/d)

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit Bewerberinnen und Bewerbern.
  • Terminierung von Vorstellungsgesprächen.
  • Nachfassen offener Rückmeldungen und kurze Statusabfragen.
  • Pflege von Bewerberdaten im System.
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination im Bewerbungsprozess.
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im HR-Team.
  • Sie studieren aktuell, idealerweise im Bereich BWL, Kommunikation, Psychologie, Personal oder Vergleichbares.
  • Sie sind freundlich am Telefon und trittst sicher auf.
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, zuverlässig und sorgfältig.
  • Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Sie beherrschen Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift.
