Verstärke unser Team und starte in der Region Stuttgart als Selbständiger Handelsvertreter (m/w/d) im Immobilienvertrieb zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du begeisterst Interessenten für unsere stilvollen und innovativen Neubauprojekte und hast den Anspruch, deine Kunden (Eigennutzer und Kapitalanleger) im gesamten Verkaufsprozess – von der Erstanfrage bis hin zur Übergabe der neu erworbenen Immobilie – vollumfänglich zu betreuen.
  • Kapitalanleger unterstützt du zusätzlich bei der Erstellung eines Renditekonzepts, das passende Neubauobjekte von Strenger sowie die vorhandenen Eigenmittel des Kunden berücksichtigt.
  • Um unseren Kunden ihre Immobilie zu ermöglichen, kooperierst du mit unseren externen Finanzierungspartnern und arbeitest für Kapitalanleger zudem eng mit unserem internen Vermietungs- und Verwaltungsservice zusammen.
  • Mit unserer Maklerabteilung bildest du darüber hinaus ein Team und unterstützt damit deine Neubaukunden bei der etwaigen Vermarktung ihrer Bestandsimmobilie.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv mit der „Kundenbrille“ in Marketing- und Projektentwicklungsaktivitäten ein.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du bist ein absoluter Vertriebsprofi und bringst Erfahrung im Immobilien-, Anlage- oder Finanzierungswesen mit. Zudem hast du Freude daran, unseren Kunden ihren Wohn(t)raum oder Anlagewunsch zu erfüllen.
  • Deine Persönlichkeit besticht durch ein Höchstmaß an Engagement, du agierst stets lösungsorientiert und das Kundenwohl steht für dich immer an erster Stelle.
  • Du repräsentierst die Markenwerte von Strenger nach außen und trittst gewinnend auf.
  • Du zeigst Begeisterung für innovative und nachhaltige Themen wie beispielsweise Begrünungs- und Mobilitätskonzepte, Smart-Home-Systeme oder auch Designbäder.
