Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Global Business Services (GBS) primary goal is to ensure operational excellence across deal cycles, increase revenue through the development of transformative commercial constructs, and drive closure of Stripe’s Account Executive managed portfolio. GBS’s reach is widespread across Stripe, not exclusive to one sales segment or geographical region; GBS drives change across go-to-market, positively impacting Stripe users and cross-functional teams.

We’re going to achieve excellence by supporting deals consistently based on deal size thresholds, being solution-oriented, and viewing operations as an integral enabler of all of Stripe’s growth. Stripe has unique operational problems resulting from both our type of scale and the type of businesses we partner with as a result of “growing the GDP of the Internet.”

What you’ll do

Stripe is launching Stripe Delivery Centers - a brand new global team to design, implement and grow Stripe’s operations for the next decade. We are looking for dynamic and curious people that have a passion for solving global user issues, building operations, drive process improvement and want to play a front-line role in building this new operational capability for Stripe and accelerating Stripe’s growth. If you like challenging, scaled problems and are an amazing teammate, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end commercial operations workflows for complex and non-standard deals, including contract and pricing exceptions, DDQs, margin explainability, and contract-data backfills
  • Triage Deal Review requests and manage approval processes
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies across commercial systems and source data to support accurate pricing, revenue, margin, and contract records
  • Maintain accurate and timely contract data for priority accounts by reviewing, classifying, and backfilling relevant agreements into internal systems
  • Coordinate the DDQ process with cross-functional dependencies with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Security, Compliance, and other subject-matter experts to resolve cases within agreed SLAs
  • Monitor workflow performance and analyze recurring patterns, root causes, bottlenecks, and operational gaps to improve processes, approval playbooks, routing logic, and stakeholder enablement
  • Build operational reporting and actionable insights to help stakeholders prioritize improvements and measure business impact
  • Use AI-enabled tools responsibly to automate repetitive workflows, extract and classify data, identify patterns, prioritize work, and improve turnaround times while maintaining appropriate human-review controls

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and use operational data to inform decisions and reporting
  • Experience managing multiple deadline-driven workflows, approvals, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to coordinate clearly with commercial, operational, and senior stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to maintain accurate documentation, controls, and data quality
  • A process-improvement mindset, with the ability to identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve workflows
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply commercial, pricing, contracting, and product processes, policies, and approval criteria consistently
  • Practical experience using AI-enabled tools responsibly to streamline repetitive work, extract and classify information, generate insights, and improve turnaround times (Engineering-level technical expertise is not required)
  • You enjoy working in an in-office environment with strong cross-team collaboration and support
  • You have a user first mindset and are energized by the challenge of solving difficult problems
  • You enjoy learning about technical products and processes, you are an organized, self-starter with passion for finding solutions to our user’s challenges
  • You are able to prioritize effectively, exercise sound judgment, and operate comfortably in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in commercial operations, deal management, deal desk, pricing operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or contract operations supporting complex commercial workflows
  • Experience supporting non-standard agreements, pricing exceptions, approval processes, revenue controls, DDQs, contract review, or contract-data management
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and/or other CRM, pricing, contract-management, approval, or case-management tools
  • Demonstrated experience improving or automating operational workflows through AI-enabled, no-code, or workflow-management tools, while applying appropriate quality and human-review controls

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
