Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Stripe Terminal helps our users extend their online presence to the physical world. The Terminal team’s mission is to make accepting in-person payments as easy as accepting online payments with the Stripe API. With Terminal, businesses can unlock in-person payment use cases that fit their business model, whether that’s creating a superb retail experience, extending their website to a pop-up store, or enabling a mobile point of sale at their next event.

Terminal is one of the fastest-growing products at Stripe, and we are building a uniquely powerful unified commerce platform for global enterprises. The platform offers a single integration for in-person payments, fast and low-cost cross-border money movement, AI-powered optimizations and fraud protection, reporting, and differentiated ways to pay.

What you’ll do

As the product manager responsible for enterprise success within Terminal Payments, you’ll deliver an end-to-end payments and commerce platform for enterprise users. You’ll work directly with users and partners to understand their needs, identify investments that serve multiple businesses, and turn those opportunities into products and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Set a multi-year strategy for Terminal’s enterprise payments capabilities, build alignment, and translate that strategy into roadmaps and measurable objectives and key results
  • Lead product discovery and roadmapping conversations with enterprise users, balancing their specific requirements with investments that benefit Stripe’s broader platform
  • Build integrations that expand Terminal’s enterprise capabilities, including gift cards, private-label credit cards, tax refunds, and third-party point-of-sale systems
  • Evaluate opportunities to meet enterprise loyalty and customer relationship management needs through Stripe-built offerings, and scale host-to-host capabilities for users that operate their own payment gateways
  • Partner with engineering and product teams, including Core Payments, Optimized Checkout Suite, and Agentic Commerce, to deliver integrated experiences and resolve technical and product trade-offs
  • Work with partnerships, marketing, legal, and industry teams on user and partner needs, go-to-market activities, and representing Terminal at trade shows and partner conferences
  • Collaborate with Product Strategy and Operations to deliver in-person support and installation services for enterprise users

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience working on business-to-business products, ideally with a track record of building for enterprise scale
  • Technical proficiency and systems-thinking skills, ideally with a degree in engineering or computer science
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to make complex concepts accessible

Preferred qualifications

  • Demonstrated success and strong execution track record in building payment products

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
