Bij Strohm bouwen we aan een toekomstbestendige basis voor verdere groei. We zoeken een enthousiaste en gedreven operator die wil bijdragen aan een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte productieomgeving. Help jij mee?

Samen met een groep van 66 collega-operators vorm je het hart van onze productie. In de 3-ploegendienst werk je nauw samen met onderhoud, magazijn en engineers. Een plek waar geen dag hetzelfde is en teamwork centraal staat.

Wat ga je doen? Als operator werk je in een hecht productieteam en zorg je dat onze extrusie- en wikkellijnen soepel draaien. Je stelt machines in, voert kleine reparaties uit en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het productieproces. Ook help je bij het ombouwen van machines en houd je de werkplek veilig en netjes. Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst en rapporteert aan de (assistent-)ploegleider in een rustige, schone omgeving met weinig geluid.

Jouw profiel:

  • MBO niveau 2 of hoger in een technische richting;
  • Ervaring als operator of productiemedewerker is een plus;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en werkt nauwkeurig en veilig;
  • Positieve teamspeler met een flexibele houding;
  • Basiskennis van Nederlands of Engels.

Ons aanbod:

  • Start-salaris tussen de € 2.700,- en € 3.000,- bruto p/m afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
  • 21% ploegentoeslag (fulltime functie in 3-ploegen ochtend/middag/nacht);
  • Maaltijdvergoeding van € 56,59 netto per maand;
  • 32 vakantiedagen per jaar (o.b.v.. 40 uur);
