What We Look For:

  • Proven experience in various concrete repair techniques - from crack repair to surface preparation, finishing and more.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for our US candidates; our Canadian offices may require occasional travel.
  • A valid divers license and reliable vehicle is preferred.
  • A commitment to safety and high-quality work.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • A go getter. You are reliable, take pride in your work and lead with integrity.
