Til september flytter STS Biler Hobro ind på en ny og moderne lokation. Samtidig har bilhuset travlt og leder efter en tekniker, der skal være med på holdet i de nye rammer.

Der er forandringer på vej hos STS Biler i Hobro. Bilhuset flytter til september ind på en helt ny lokation med et topmoderne værksted, nyt udstyr og faciliteter, der ifølge virksomheden er skabt til fremtidens bilhus.

I forbindelse med flytningen og en travl hverdag søger STS Biler nu en ny tekniker, der skal arbejde med både service, fejlfinding og reparation.

Skal arbejde med alle bilmærker

Den kommende tekniker får opgaver på tværs af bilmærker. Arbejdet omfatter blandt andet service, fejlfinding og reparation af alle bilmærker samt arbejde med moderne diagnoseudstyr og ny teknologi.

Derudover bliver dokumentation af det udførte arbejde, samarbejde med teknikere, lærlinge og servicerådgivere samt arbejdet med gode kundeoplevelser en del af jobbet.

Hobro-team kåret som nummer ét

STS Biler fremhæver samtidig medarbejdertilfredsheden på arbejdspladsen.

Hobro-afdelingen er blevet kåret som nummer ét blandt Toyotas mest tilfredse medarbejdere i Danmark. Samlet indtog STS Biler både første-, anden- og tredjepladsen.

Den nye medarbejder bliver ifølge virksomheden en del af et team, hvor faglighed, samarbejde og godt humør går hånd i hånd.

Søger uddannet mekaniker eller autotekniker

STS Biler forestiller sig, at den nye tekniker er uddannet personvognsmekaniker eller autotekniker, arbejder struktureret og har fokus på kvalitet.

Der bliver også lagt vægt på teknisk nysgerrighed, lysten til at udvikle sig og evnen til både at arbejde selvstændigt og sammen med andre. Erfaring med Toyota er en fordel, men er ikke afgørende.
