Einkauf\- / Verkaufssachbearbeiter/in

(80% \- 100%)

Damit darfst du bei uns rechnen:

  • Du trägst viel Verantwortung für den Einkauf von Handelswaren und das allgemeine Bestellwesen, inklusive Beschaffung relevanter Produktunterlagen
  • Das Koordinieren von Warenanlieferung unterstützt du genauso wie das Führen und Pflegen des Warenlagers
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson bist du in täglichem Kontakt mit Lieferanten
  • Dank dir sind die Artikel\- und Lieferantenstammdaten im ERP\-System immer aktuell
  • Dein Mitwirken bei der Preiskalkulation sowie Erstellung der Grundlagen für Einkaufskonditionen und deren Überwachung ist sehr gefragt
  • Du erstellst Umsatz\- und Absatzauswertungen der Artikel und Lieferanten (jährlich oder nach Bedarf)
  • Du stellst eine kompetente Bearbeitung von Anfragen per Telefon, E\-Mail und im direkten Kontakt sicher
  • Die selbstständige Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Offerten sowie Verrechnung von Kundenaufträgen liegen dir
  • Management von Kundenreklamationen inklusive Erstellung von Gutschriften sind dir bekannt

Mit diesem Profil bist du bei uns bestens gerüstet:

  • Als serviceorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit überzeugst du beim täglichen Kontakt mit Partnern, Lieferanten und Kunden
  • In deinem Rucksack befinden sich viel Freude am Kontakt mit Ansprechpartnern und Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung
  • Du kennst dich aus im Einkauf und Verkauf und verfügst über einen kaufmännischen Berufsabschluss
  • Du fühlst dich sehr sicher mit Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Wenn du zusätzlich auch ösischkenntnisse mitbringst, dann freut uns das sehr
