Det här är jobbet för dig som gillar variation, vill arbeta socialt och samtidigt trivs med att kavla upp ärmarna när något behöver fixas. I rollen får du stötta upp den avdelningen på kontoret som behövs mest för dagen, det kan handla om både reception, konferens eller lättare vaktmästeri. Du bidrar till att ett stort kontor fungerar i vardagen – både genom att skapa en välkomnande miljö och genom att lösa praktiska uppgifter som gör skillnad. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: Sköta rondering i kontorsmiljön och se till att gemensamma ytor och konferensrum är iordningställda. Hantera felanmälningar och underhåll, inklusive service av kaffemaskiner. Ta emot och distribuera leveranser samt sköta beställningar. Utföra enklare vaktmästeriuppgifter, som att byta glödlampor, montera hyllor eller ordna småreparationer. Bidra till en trygg, välordnad och trivsam kontorsmiljö. Välkomna gäster i receptionen. (Denna post gäller endast när man står i receptionen)

Tjänsten är ett konsultuppdrag vilket innebär att du blir anställd av oss på StudentConsulting, men kommer arbeta på plats hos vår kund på Kungsholmen. Tjänsten är på extra vid behov och arbetstiderna är förlagda måndag till fredag. DETTA SÖKER VI Du är studerande på minst 50% och kan uppvisa intyg på detta. Du är tillgänglig för arbete 2-3 dagar i veckan under kontorstider. Du har förmåga att arbeta fysiskt. Dig som är serviceinriktad, ansvarstagande och gillar att hitta lösningar. Dig som är praktiskt lagd och trivs med att ta tag i både små och stora uppgifter. Dig som har ett öga för detaljer och gillar ordning och reda. Dig som har god kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska

För att vara aktuell för tjänsten krävs det att du har en utpräglad förmåga att arbeta strukturerat och hantera uppgifter med hög precision. Du är serviceminded och trivs med att flexibelt hantera ärenden. Vidare faller det naturligt för dig att ha ordning och reda i din arbetsmiljö och du har en god förmåga att hantera flera arbetsuppgifter samtidigt. Vi ser gärna att du som söker är tillgänglig att sätta igång din introduktion inom kort samt är tillgänglig under julperioden. Låter det som en tjänst för dig?
