Vi söker nu en engagerad kundservicemedarbetare till ett företag i Växjö. Här får du möjlighet att bli en del av ett team som arbetar med att ge kunder professionell service och support i deras dagliga frågor och utmaningar. Om tjänsten Som kundservicemedarbetare kommer du att vara en viktig kontaktpunkt för företagets kunder. Du hanterar inkommande ärenden via telefon och får på sikt även möjlighet att arbeta med andra kommunikationskanaler, såsom mejl och chatt. Ditt främsta fokus är att ge kunderna snabb, professionell och lösningsorienterad service. Du hjälper till att besvara frågor, guida kunder till rätt lösningar och säkerställa en positiv upplevelse i varje kontakt. Du kommer bland annat att arbeta med: Kundservice via telefon, mejl och chatt Hantering och uppföljning av kundärenden Felsökning och problemlösning Administrativa uppgifter kopplade till kundkontakter Att bidra till en hög servicenivå och stark kundnöjdhet

Du blir en del av ett engagerat team där samarbete, kommunikation och utveckling står i fokus. Tjänsten är en direktrekrytering, vilket innebär att StudentConsulting ansvarar för rekryteringsprocessen men att anställningen sker direkt hos kundföretaget. Tjänsten är på heltid med arbetstider förlagda under kontorstid, måndag till fredag. DETTA SÖKER VI Vi söker dig som brinner för service och som trivs med att ha daglig kontakt med människor. Du är lösningsorienterad, ansvarstagande och har lätt för att skapa förtroende i dina kundmöten. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du: Har erfarenhet av service, kundsupport, kundtjänst, försäljning eller liknande arbete Har god kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift Har god datorvana och lätt för att sätta dig in i nya system Är strukturerad och har förmåga att prioritera i ett högt arbetstempo Trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med andra

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av arbete med kundkontakt via telefon eller tidigare har arbetat inom support och administration samt om du är utbildad inom HR, ekonomi eller har erfarenhet av ekonomirelaterat arbete.
