Har du erfarenhet av kundkontakt och service och trivs med att kombinera service, struktur och problemlösning? Då kan detta vara rätt tjänst för dig! Som Kundsupport kommer du att ansvara för att hantera inkommande ärenden via olika kommunikationskanaler, antingen via samtal eller i ärendehanteringssystem. Du strävar efter att lösa kundens ärende redan vid första kontakten, men om det inte går, så följer du ärendet från start till slut samt återkopplar löpande till kunden. Du hjälper kunderna att få en god hantering samt arbetar med att utveckla kundens affär genom att erbjuda merservice och hållbara lösningar utifrån kundens behov. Stena Recycling står inför ett systembyte, där ett stort fokus kommer att ligga på datakvalitet och systemförståelse. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår bland annat: Orderläggning via affärssystem Lägga upp nya kunder via affärssystem Hantering och dokumentation av kundreklamationer Vara delaktig och aktivt bidra till verksamhetens förbättringsarbete genom att samla insikter om kundens behov och upplevelse Arbeta proaktivt med att digitalisera kunderna via kundportal Proaktivt ansvara för kontakt med kunder och erbjuda merservice samt säkerställa korrekt registerunderlag

Detta är konsultuppdrag vilket innebär att du blir anställd av oss på StudentConsulting och arbetar som konsult hos vår kund i Värnamo men du kommer även arbeta mot filialerna i Vetlanda och Jönköping. Vi ser långsiktigt på tjänsten och det finns goda möjligheter att bli övertagen av kundföretaget. Vi ser gärna att du kan starta så snart som möjligt eller enligt överenskommelse. Arbetstiderna är förlagda mellan 07:00-16:00, måndag-fredag. DETTA SÖKER VI Vi söker dig som: Har erfarenhet av kundkontakt och serviceinriktade roller Kommunicerar tydligt och professionellt på svenska Har en god administrativ förmåga och trivs med att skapa struktur Har god datorvana samt kunskaper i Office-paketet Har B-körkort, meriterande om du har tillgång till egen bil då vissa resor kan förekomma i tjänsten.
