Head of Design \& Build

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst unsere Strategie weiter, erkennst Marktchancen und machst daraus ein tragfähiges Geschäftsmodell
  • Du bringst Projekte ins Ziel: Vom ersten Kundengespräch über Design, Kalkulation und Vergabe bis zur Ausführung und Übergabe hältst du die Fäden zusammen
  • Du machst Qualität sichtbar: Du realisierst mit deinem Team internationale Projekte im Premium und Luxusbereich und schaffst Referenzen, die für Studio Tonic sprechen
  • Du baust ein starkes Netzwerk aus Planern, Handwerkern, Lieferanten und Ausführungspartnern auf und arbeitest eng mit unserem Design und Planungsteam zusammen
  • Du behältst die Zahlen im Griff: Budgets, Margen, Termine und Risiken gehören für dich genauso zum Projekt wie vielfältige Materialien und Details
  • Du entwickelst klare Abläufe, baust Kompetenzen auf und übernimmst mit wachsender Organisation auch die personelle Führung

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Mehr als 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement Schwerpunkt Premium Retail oder in der Innenarchitektur
  • Aus\- und Weiterbildung im gestalterischen, technischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich
  • Unternehmerisches Mindset, Hands\-on\-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, Menschen zu begeistern
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sind ein Muss
