Superellipse is een zelfsturende design- en engineeringstudio. Al meer dan 30 jaar verleggen we samen met onze klanten de grenzen van innovatie.

Ons team werkt nauw samen om gedurfde ideeën om te zetten in echte producten en diensten, van volledig nieuwe ontwikkelingen tot het verbeteren van wat er al is. Binnen engineering brengen we elektronica, firmware en hardware samen tot werkende, productieklare oplossingen, ook voor complexe medische toepassingen.

Onze projecten pakken vaak stevige uitdagingen aan, maar we geloven dat het proces zelf energie moet geven. Innovatie mag opwindend, krachtig en zelfs plezant zijn.

We werken zelfsturend: geen klassieke hiërarchie, mensen nemen eigenaarschap over hun werk en verantwoordelijkheid voor hun beslissingen.

Wat je doet

Je neemt het volledige elektronica- en firmwaretraject in handen, van vroege conceptfase tot productieklaar ontwerp. Van fietsen en melkschuimers tot medische wearables en zwembadoverkappingen: geen twee projecten zijn hetzelfde. De ene week bouw je een functioneel prototype, de andere week stuur je leveranciers aan of zit je in een compliance-test.

· Je ontwikkelt systemen, van schema tot PCB-layout, en schrijft de firmware die ze tot leven brengt

· Je test, valideert en optimaliseert concepten, van breadboard tot eindproduct

· Je stuurt leveranciers aan en volgt hen op

· Je begeleidt pre-compliance en compliance testing samen met onze partners

· Je helpt mee aan offertes en schat effort en kost in voor het elektronica-luik

· Je ondersteunt onze medische projecten door projectdocumentatie op te leveren volgens de ISO 13485-norm.

· Je draagt bij aan de continue verbetering van onze ontwikkelprocessen en het ISO 13485-kwaliteitssysteem.

Wie je bent

· Bachelor of master in elektronica, met een sterk technisch inzicht

· Minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring, hands-on in elektrisch ontwerp

· Ervaring met Altium, KiCad of gelijkaardige tools voor schema en PCB-layout

· Kennis van programmeren (C, C++, Python) is een plus

· Kennis van EMC/ESD-normen is een plus, ervaring met IEC60601 een extra troef

· Je bent een goede planner en communicator, en werkt graag samen in team

· Je neemt initiatief, denkt mee met de klant en vertaalt noden proactief naar een plan van aanpak

· Je bent een sterke probleemoplosser die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

· Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Frans of Duits is een pluspunt
