Als PraktikantIn im Bereich Finance, Controlling & Strategy unterstützt du unser Team bei allen finanzwirtschaftlichen Prozessen – von der Rechnungsstellung bis zur strategischen Finanzplanung – und trägst so aktiv zum Erfolg von Studyflix bei!

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Du arbeitest direkt an strategischen und abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung von Studyflix
  • Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung wichtiger Unternehmensentscheidungen – mit Blick auf finanzielle, steuerliche und rechtliche Aspekte
  • Du gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanzprozesse mit, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und realisierst eigene Projekte zur Automatisierung und Effizienzsteigerung
  • Du analysierst Finanzkennzahlen, kontrollierst Budgets, erstellst Reports und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Bearbeitung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen, wirkst aktiv beim Mahnwesen mit und kümmerst dich um Kunden- und Finanzdaten
  • Du lernst moderne Tools und Prozesse des Finanzwesens kennen, die wir bei Studyflix und in der Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Muttergesellschaft Bertelsmann einsetzen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du bist im Studium mit wirtschaftlichem oder finanziellem Bezug – z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht, Finance, Controlling oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Du überzeugst durch sehr gute Studienleistungen sowie den Wunsch, dein Wissen praxisnah weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert – und bringst Eigeninitiative sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit
  • Du hast Spaß daran, neue Ideen und Prozesse zu gestalten und dich in komplexe Fragestellungen einzuarbeiten
