Du liebst und lebst TikTok und Social Media, denkst in Trends statt in Formaten und hast eine gute Intuition was funktioniert? Du weißt, wie man Reichweite aufbaut und Engagement erzeugt? Dann suchen wir dich als Social Media Manager (m/w/d), der unsere Präsenz auf TikTok, Instagram, YouTube & Co. auf das nächste Level hebt.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Content Creation: Du entwickelst, drehst und schneidest hochwertigen Social Content mit Fokus auf TikTok und Instagram.
  • Trendscouting: Du identifizierst zielsicher Themen, Memes und Formate, die gerade performen – und setzt sie mit Kreativität und Tempo für uns um.
  • Community-Management: Du bist unsere Stimme in den Kommentaren und DMs, interagierst schlagfertig und charmant mit der Community.
  • Reichweiten-Steigerung: Du baust unsere Reichweite auf Social Media rasch und kontinuierlich aus und sorgst für hochwertigen Traffic auf unseren kostenlosen Lernvideos.
  • Performance & Reporting: Du trackst KPIs, analysierst Content-Performance und leitest daraus Optimierungen ab.
  • Anleitung & Entwicklung: Du leitest ein Team von PraktikantInnen und WerkstudentInnen an und machst sie zu Social Media Rockstars.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Leidenschaft für Social Media, Trends, Creator-Kultur und neue Formate
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge und Hands-on-Erfahrung in der Content-Produktion (Konzept, Kamera, Schnitt, Text, Ton, Thumbnail, Upload etc.)
  • Starke redaktionelle und kreative Fähigkeiten mit einem Gefühl für Storytelling und virale Mechaniken
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva oder ähnlichen
  • Fähigkeit zur Anleitung und Entwicklung von Junioren
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Umsetzungsgeschwindigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (idealerweise C2-Niveau)
