Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Mietvertragsabschlüsse und Einholen von Referenzauskünften
  • Bearbeiten und Erstellen von Mietverträgen, Vereinbarungen und Mietzinsanpassungen
  • Inserieren in Printmedien und Internet
  • Erstellen von Schlussabrechnungen
  • Durchführung und Organisation von Wohnungsbesichtigungen
  • Durchführung und Organisation von Wohnungsabnahmen /\-übergaben
  • Vergabe von Reparaturaufträgen und Kontrolle von Rechnungen sowie Weiterverrechnungen
  • Erstellen von Ratenzahlungen
  • Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Kündigungen
  • Unterstützung / Ferienvertretung der Bewirtschafter
  • Allg. Korrespondenzen mit Mietern, Hauswarten und Behörden
  • Unterstützung bei Sekretariatsarbeiten Bsp. Telefondienst etc.
  • Ansprechperson für Eigentümer, Mieter und Handwerker
  • Mitarbeit bei diversen abwechslungsreichen Projekten

Ihr Profil

  • kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Erfahrungen als SachbearbeiterIn in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • motivierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Immobilienbranche
  • selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie Eigeninitiative
  • Einen versierten Umgang mit der MS\-Office Palette
  • Erfahrungen im AbaImmo sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Strukturiert und fokussiert
  • Offenes und dienstleistungsorientiertes Organisationstalent
