  • Idealerweise Führungserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
  • Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen aus der Energiewirtschaft

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie führen unser externes Rechnungswesen mit 8 Mitarbeitenden
  • Sie verantworten die Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und die Konzernabschlüsse inklusive der Konsolidierung aller Tochtergesellschaften
  • Sie verantworten die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung sowie die Energie- & Stromsteueranmeldungen
  • Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zu unseren anderen Leitern, insbesondere dem Controlling und dem Einkauf
  • Sicherstellung der laufenden Buchhaltung und Bilanzierung unter Berücksichtigung der rechtlichen und energiewirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen
  • Verantwortung und Organisation des Zahlungsverkehrs und der Liquiditätssteuerung
  • Ansprechpartner für die Betriebsprüfung, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Steuerberatung sowie für die Strom- und Energiesteuerprüfung
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung strategischer Maßnahmen und Projekte
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen im kaufmännischen Bereich– vor allem bei der Digitalisierung von Prozessen
