Als Werkstudent Marketing Support sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Creator-Kampagnen erfolgreich laufen und unsere Creator-Community gut betreut ist. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Marketing-Teams zusammen, die die Creator- und Performance-Marketing-Strategie verantworten, und bringst deine Perspektive in Kampagnenplanung und Trendanalysen ein. Im Alltag kommunizierst du mit unseren Creators, behältst die Kampagnen-Performance im Blick, erstellst Reportings und unterstützt bei Markt- und Markenrecherchen.

Wir arbeiten eng im Team vor Ort in Münster. Der persönliche Austausch ist für uns zentral, deshalb findet unsere Arbeit im Office statt.

Das treibst du voran:

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Marketing-Support unterstützt du unsere Teams in operativen und strategischen Marketingprozessen. Dabei übernimmst du Aufgaben rund um das Creator Marketing.

  • Community- & Kommunikationsmanagement: Du betreust unsere Creator-Community und erstellst sowie pflegst Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaterialien.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Du überwachst und analysierst die Kampagnen-Performance, erstellst Reportings und stellst die Qualität sicher.
  • Kampagnenmanagement: Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Creator-Kampagnen und übernimmst die Kommunikation mit Creators.
  • Trend- & Potenzialanalyse: Du führst Markt- und Markenrecherchen durch und unterstützt bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Marketingmaßnahmen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du bist derzeit an einer Hochschule oder Universität eingeschrieben.
  • Du hast großes Interesse an Social Media, Creator Marketing und Performance Marketing.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Online-Marketing gesammelt.
  • Du kannst eigenständig arbeiten, bist begeisterungsfähig, voller Tatendrang und hast Lust deine Ideen einzubringen.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität sowie mindestens eine Portion Humor sind für dich keine Fremdwörter, sondern stets gelebte Praxis.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du kannst wöchentlich 12 Stunden bei uns arbeiten, auch samstags.
