As an Automotive Service Advisor at Subaru Evergreen Park, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with detailed information about recommended repairs and maintenance.
  • Prepare accurate service orders and process payments.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • Follow dealership policies and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within an automotive service environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with automotive technology and terminology is a plus.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software for service scheduling and invoicing.
