Als Aftersales Manager in regio Roeselare krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een groeiende dienst na verkoop. Je ondersteunt je team, bewaakt de dagelijkse werking en krijgt ruimte om processen te verbeteren. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de zaakvoerders en werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen. Een afwisselende uitdaging waarin je zowel operationeel als organisatorisch het verschil maakt.

Wat ga je doen als Aftersales Manager?Je team staat in voor wisselstukken, technische servicevragen en onderhouds- en herstelactiviteiten. Jij bewaart het overzicht en zorgt voor een efficiënte, klantgerichte dienstverlening

Je geeft leiding en coacht je medewerkers.• Je begeleidt, motiveert en ondersteunt je team in de dagelijkse werking. • Je bepaalt duidelijke prioriteiten en verwachtingen. • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte werkverdeling, planning en capaciteitsinzet.

Je coördineert de technische dienstverlening.• Je volgt de verkoop van wisselstukken, servicevragen en technische ondersteuning aan klanten op. • Je coördineert onderhouds-, herstel- en interventiewerkzaamheden. • Je bewaakt een correcte afhandeling van garantieaanvragen en onderhoudscontracten. • Je stemt af met interne diensten om technische defecten, storingen en kwaliteitsproblemen op te lossen. • Je zorgt voor kostenramingen, onderhoudsinstructies en aanbevolen wisselstuklijsten.

Je bouwt de afdeling verder uit.Je signaleert knelpunten en vertaalt die naar concrete verbeteringen. Daarbij houd je oog voor werkbare processen, een goede samenwerking en klanttevredenheid. Samen met de zaakvoerders geef je richting aan de verdere professionalisering van de dienst na verkoop.

Wie zoeken we?Je bent een mensgerichte leidinggevende die technisch kan meedenken en structuur brengt. Je luistert naar de expertise van je medewerkers en neemt beslissingen wanneer dat nodig is. • Je hebt een hogere technische opleiding op bachelor- of masterniveau. • Je beschikt over een sterke technische affiniteit en begrijpt elektrische, pneumatische en hydraulische schema’s en hun samenhang met PLC-programmatie. • Ervaring als Aftersales Manager of Service Manager is een pluspunt. Kennis van of ervaring in de automotive sector is een bijkomende troef. • Je beschikt over sterke leidinggevende en coachende vaardigheden. • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, stelt prioriteiten en werkt vlot samen met andere afdelingen. • Je denkt commercieel en klantgericht en communiceert helder over oplossingen en afspraken. • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Duits is een bijkomende troef. • Korte verplaatsingen, ook naar het buitenland, schrikken je niet af.
