Voor een groeiend en modern accountancykantoor met meerdere vestigingen in West-Vlaanderen zoeken we versterking voor het team. Zowel ervaren dossierbeheerders, ambitieuze teamverantwoordelijken met doorgroeipotentieel richting vennootschap, als gemotiveerde starters komen in aanmerking.

Je gaat aan de slag binnen een professionele maar familiale werkomgeving waar ondernemerschap, verantwoordelijkheid en persoonlijke groei centraal staan.

Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en ambitie krijg je een rol op maat binnen het kantoor.

  • Beheer van klantendossiers van A tot Z, voornamelijk KMO-dossiers
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van boekhoudkundige verrichtingen, btw-aangiftes en fiscale aangiftes
  • Opstellen van jaarrekeningen en fiscale voorbereidingen
  • Adviseren van klanten inzake boekhouding, fiscaliteit en bedrijfsvoering
  • Actief meedenken met ondernemers en inspelen op hun noden
  • Ondersteunen en begeleiden van junior collega’s
  • Voor kandidaten met ervaring en leiderschapsambities: aansturen van een team en mee bouwen aan de verdere groei van het kantoor, met mogelijkheid tot doorgroei richting vennootschap op termijn.
  • Diploma in een financiële of economische richting
  • Ervaring binnen accountancy of fiscaliteit is een troef, maar geen must voor starters
  • Sterke interesse in boekhouding, fiscaliteit en klantenadvies
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig
  • Klantgerichte en communicatieve ingesteldheid
  • Teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidszin en ondernemende mindset
  • Ambitie om door te groeien wordt sterk gewaardeerd
  • Kennis van digitale accountancytools is een pluspunt.
