Heb je ervaring als functioneel analist en een goede kennis van SAP? Krijg je energie van procesoptimalisatie, automatisering en digitale innovatie? En wil je oplossingen uitwerken die een tastbare impact hebben op productie, planning en kwaliteit? Als Functioneel Analist Operations vorm je de brug tussen de operationele afdelingen en de technische IT-teams. Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen, vertaalt behoeften naar functionele vereisten en begeleidt digitale verbeterprojecten van analyse tot implementatie.

Wat ga je doen als Functioneel Analist Operations?Je werkt binnen het operationsdomein, met een focus op productie, planning en kwaliteit. Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe en bestaande IT-oplossingen aansluiten bij de dagelijkse werking én echte meerwaarde bieden.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:• de behoeften van interne stakeholders verzamelt en analyseert; • bedrijfsbehoeften vertaalt naar duidelijke functionele vereisten; • samen met de business analist processen in kaart brengt en kansen voor digitalisering, automatisering en procesoptimalisatie identificeert; • de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van IT-oplossingen binnen operations begeleidt; • nauw samenwerkt met developers, IT-collega’s en medewerkers uit andere domeinen; • deelneemt aan workshops, stakeholdermeetings en sprintplanningen; • verbeterprojecten opvolgt en duidelijk rapporteert over de voortgang; • nieuwe toepassingen en functionaliteiten test en valideert; • feedback van gebruikers en data analyseert en vertaalt naar verbeteracties; • de prestaties van applicaties bewaakt en proactief optimalisaties voorstelt.

Je combineert dus functionele analyse, SAP en projectopvolging met veel overleg en continue verbetering.

Wie zoeken we als Functioneel Analist?

Je bent analytisch sterk en kunt vlot schakelen tussen de business en IT. Je stelt de juiste vragen, bewaart het overzicht en vertaalt complexe behoeften naar heldere en werkbare oplossingen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:• een bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT, bedrijfskunde of een aanverwante richting; • minstens 3 jaar ervaring als functioneel analist; • een goede kennis van SAP, wat doorslaggevend is voor deze functie; • ervaring met functionele analyses, bedrijfsprocessen en digitale verbetertrajecten; • kennis van Agile- en Scrum-methodologieën; • een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels; • bij voorkeur enige kennis van het Frans.

Ervaring binnen een internationale productieomgeving vormt een mooie meerwaarde. Je bent daarnaast nauwkeurig, communicatief en oplossingsgericht. Je werkt graag samen, maar neemt ook zelfstandig initiatief.
