Zoek je een internationale functie waarin accountbeheer, commercieel advies en klantenbegeleiding samenkomen? Als International Customer Success Officer help je bestaande klanten om de meerwaarde van een digitaal platform te ontdekken en te benutten. Je geeft softwaredemo’s, adviseert over de mogelijkheden en overtuigt klanten om ermee aan de slag te gaan. Daarna begeleid je hen bij het gebruik. Je krijgt een uitgebreid opleidingstraject en het vertrouwen om je eigen agenda te organiseren. Software-ervaring is niet vereist: interesse in digitale toepassingen, commerciële feeling en leergierigheid vormen een goede basis.

Wat ga je doen als Customer Success Officer?Je komt terecht bij een internationale producent van hoogtechnologische installaties. Het bedrijf biedt een digitaal platform aan waarmee klanten hun productieprocessen kunnen opvolgen, data analyseren en hun resultaten verbeteren. Jij vormt de schakel tussen de mogelijkheden van het platform en de dagelijkse praktijk van de klant. Je beheert en ontwikkelt internationale klantenrelaties.• Je werkt voornamelijk met bestaande klanten, in nauwe samenwerking met de internationale salescollega’s. • Je verdiept je in hun werking en ontdekt waar de digitale oplossingen meerwaarde bieden. • Je adviseert klanten en begeleidt hen naar de aankoop en het gebruik van het platform. Je geeft demo’s en ondersteunt klanten bij de opstart.• Je demonstreert de software tijdens fysieke klantenbezoeken. • Je legt toepassingen helder uit en stemt je uitleg af op de behoeften van de klant. • Je volgt proactief op of klanten het systeem correct gebruiken en helpt hen de beschikbare gegevens te benutten. • Zodra de klant voldoende zelfstandig werkt, zorg je voor een goede overdracht naar Customer Service. Je rapporteert aan de Sales Support & Engineering Manager en werkt samen met Sales, R&D en Customer Service. Je plant je eigen afspraken en bent ongeveer 25 à 30% van je tijd internationaal op verplaatsing.
