Over de functie:Als technisch commercieel medewerker ondersteun je bestaande klanten in België en breid je je eigen klantenportefeuille uit. Je werkt nauw samen met een klein, gedreven team en krijgt veel autonomie en vrijheid in je werk. Je combineert klantcontact, sales en marketing met praktijkervaring op locatie bij varkensbedrijven, en af en toe een verplaatsing naar Frankrijk. Jouw takenpakket omvat:• Begeleiden en ondersteunen van bestaande klanten in de varkenshouderij. • Uitbouwen van een eigen klantenportefeuille, zowel voor fokdieren als voor genetische oplossingen (KI, eindberen, eigen aanfoksystemen). • Coördineren en uitvoeren van marketingactiviteiten: beurzen, advertenties, sociale media, flyers, website, presentaties en informatievergaderingen. • Praktische ondersteuning bij selectie, testen en beheer van dieren (paringschema’s, bloedafnames, transport van proefdieren, …). • Administratieve opvolging en rapportage van commerciële en operationele activiteiten. Je krijgt een unieke kans om je te ontwikkelen binnen de varkensgenetica en door te groeien naar verantwoordelijkheden binnen sales, marketing of productie.

• Bachelor of ingenieursopleiding in landbouw, veeteelt, bio-ingenieur of dierenarts. • Affiniteit met de varkenssector; ervaring is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn even belangrijk. • Sterke commerciële en organisatorische vaardigheden. • Hands-on mentaliteit en zelfstandig kunnen werken. • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Frans; Engels voldoende. • Bereidheid tot verplaatsingen in België en af en toe Frankrijk. • Rijbewijs B.
