Onze klant is op zoek naar een gedreven vastgoedmakelaar / commercieel vastgoedmedewerker om het dynamisch team in de regio Westkust te versterken. Ben jij gepassioneerd door vastgoed en heb je een sterke commerciële drive? Werk je resultaatgericht en krijg je energie van het binnenhalen van nieuwe opportuniteiten? Ben je bereid te werken op zelfstandige basis en ben je in het bezit van een BIV-erkenning (of ben je hiervoor in opleiding)?

Jouw uitdagingIn deze commerciële vastgoedfunctie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbreiden en versterken van het netwerk en klantenportefeuille: • Detecteren en opvolgen van nieuwe vastgoedopportuniteiten en markttrends • Actief prospecteren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe business (zonder drempelvrees) • Opvolgen en converteren van inkomende leads • Klanten begeleiden met advies op maat, zowel bij verkoop als inkoop • Opbouwen van duurzame, vertrouwensvolle klantenrelaties • Creatief inspelen op de wensen en noden van de klant Je bent vaak op de baan in de regio Westkust en combineert vrijheid met verantwoordelijkheid.

Wij zoeken een ondernemende en commerciële persoonlijkheid met volgende eigenschappen: • Sterke commerciële ingesteldheid en resultaatgerichte mindset • Zelfstandig en proactief kunnen werken • Flexibel, stressbestendig en gedreven door targets • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling én schriftelijk) • Passie voor vastgoed en klantencontact • Ambitie om te groeien binnen een dynamische organisatie • Bereid te werken op zelfstandige basis • In het bezit van een BIV-erkenning (of hiervoor in opleiding)
