The posting
We're partnering with an established workers' compensation defense firm to hire attorneys for their growing practice. The firm is remote-first and collaborative. Its attorneys work from across the West Coast and beyond, and there are no mandatory office days. The firm represents employers and insurers in California workers' compensation matters and handles each case from intake through resolution or appeal.
This role suits experienced workers' comp defense attorneys as well as civil litigators who want to move into a new practice area. The firm offers a comprehensive training program, so no workers' comp background is needed. Pay combines a competitive base salary with a bonus-heavy structure that rewards billing above the monthly target and bringing in new business.
