Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Development

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to implement solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Conceptualize and architect applications leveraging both in-house development and vendor solutions (“make or buy” approach).
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solution designs that integrate seamlessly into enterprise IT and data platforms.

Proposal Development & Bid Management

  • Lead in solution development and tender proposal for RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and other forms of business submissions.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to define scope of work, level of compliance, proposed project implementation and timelines, to achieve a holistic and complete solution to meet the needs and strategy of business submission.
  • Work with the sales team to achieve robust and competitive solutions leading to wins.

  • Permanent

Salary:

  • Up to $6,500

Working hours:

  • Mon to Fri, 8am – 5.30pm

Location:

  • Ang Mo Kio

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in solutions development, pre-sales, or related roles
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful solutions that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership to direct and groom a team of executives in the solution team.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution is a key advantage.
  • Experience in sectors such as defence, public safety & security, government and enterprise sectors is a key advantage.
