The posting

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out plumbing installation, repair, maintenance and reinstatement works.
  • Handle residential and commercial plumbing works, including water supply and drainage systems.
  • Read and understand plumbing drawings, layouts and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and carry out rectification works.
  • Supervise and guide junior plumbers and workers on site.
  • Ensure works are completed according to project specifications and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors and site teams where required.
  • Attend night jobs, urgent call-outs and after-hours plumbing works when required.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the worksite.
  • Perform other plumbing-related duties as assigned.

Period:

  • Permanent

Salary:

  • Up to $4,500​

Working hours:

  • Mon to Sat, 9am-6pm, with flexibility to work night jobs / after-hours assignments when required.
  • Rest Day Arrangement: 1 rest day per week, subject to project schedule.
  • Public Holiday Practice: Work on public holidays may be required depending on project/emergency requirements, with compensation according to company policy and applicable regulations.

Location:

  • Singapore — various project sites and client locations

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate effectively in English to liaise with English-speaking clients and effectively handle customer queries and service requirements.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant plumbing experience. Senior-level experience in residential, commercial or construction plumbing preferred. Must be able to work independently and handle troubleshooting/rectification works.
