General position summary:

The Architectural Solutions Leader serves as the face of the company’s architectural business, responsible for building long-lasting relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, brokers, owners, and end users. This role acts as a trusted advisor—connecting design intent, construction knowledge, and business outcomes to create demand for prefabricated interior construction and architectural product solutions. Reporting to the Director of Account Management & Sales Operations, this position bridges architecture, design, construction, and business development to expand the company’s presence within the architectural, design, real estate, and construction communities. This position leads through expertise and influence—creating demand, shaping design decisions, and providing technical leadership during the pursuit and preconstruction phases. The ideal candidate combines strong construction and design knowledge with consultative sales ability and experience in demountable walls, prefabricated interiors, modular construction, DIRTT, Falkbuilt, or related architectural solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, brokers, owners, and end users.
  • Serve as the primary external representative for the architectural business, creating confidence in the company’s expertise, solutions, and execution capabilities.
  • Influence project specifications through education, consultation, and early design involvement.
  • Lead discovery meetings, need assessments, and solution-development discussions.
  • Provide technical guidance on prefabricated construction systems and project applications.
  • Deliver presentations, CEUs, product demonstrations, and thought-leadership sessions.
  • Collaborate with estimating, design, and project teams to develop winning solutions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
