Where You Fit In

Impact You Will Make

  • Embrace an AI-assisted approach to software development, using GAI tools across all stages of the SDLC to accelerate your growth and deliver quality work
  • Learn and adopt team-standard GAI workflows and tools as part of your day-to-day development practice
  • Produce clean, readable code that follows team standards and best practices
  • Implement well-defined features or sub-components under the guidance of senior engineers
  • Write unit tests to verify functionality and support code quality
  • Identify and fix bugs prior to feature delivery
  • Participate in code reviews, both receiving and providing constructive feedback
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies, deliver on sprint commitments, and communicate progress clearly

What You Will Bring

  • Familiarity with or enthusiasm for AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) — prior experience a plus, but eagerness to learn is required
  • 0–2 years of experience with software development; internship, academic projects, or personal projects are welcome
  • Foundational knowledge of Object Oriented Programming concepts
  • Basic experience with web programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or a backend language)
  • Exposure to version control using Git
  • Familiarity with unit testing concepts or frameworks
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs — consuming or building
  • Exposure to SQL or relational database concepts
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, sprints, standups) a plus
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar), containers, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus
  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility over time
  • Good communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, cross-functional team
