The posting

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative and thoughtful interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
  • Prepare design presentations, mood boards, material palettes, space planning, and 3D visualisations.
  • Produce and coordinate detailed drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
  • Assist in material, furniture, lighting, and finishes selection.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Attend project meetings and site inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
  • Manage assigned design tasks and project deliverables within established timelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the design team throughout all stages of a project, from conceptualisation to completion.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Preferably 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior design, particularly in residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
  • Good understanding of interior detailing, materials, finishes, and construction methods.
  • Strong design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas effectively through drawings, presentations, and visualisations.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
