The opportunity
You will join Hitachi Energy as an Account Manager, where you will build trusted partnerships with customers and help shape long-term business success. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts, understand customer needs, and position Hitachi Energy solutions to create real value. You will work closely with technical and commercial teams and grow your expertise in complex, technology-driven environments while contributing directly to business growth.

How you’ll make an impact
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships as the main customer contact
- Understand customer needs and translate them into value-based solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Track market trends, competition, and customer feedback

Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in account management or sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain technical solutions in business terms
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
