Position Overview:

• Business modeling support
• Solution architecture design
• Project management

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Designing models to translate business requirements into system requirements.
• Designing overall system architecture leveraging AWS cloud.
• Architecture design with consideration for security, scalability, and availability.
• API design, data model design, and integration strategy planning.
• Technology selection (AWS services, development frameworks, etc.).
• Planning and driving waterfall and agile development, and managing development projects.
• Quality management, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.

Skills:

1. System Development Management Skills

• Responsible for managing multiple interdependent projects, with a strong focus on defining program vision and creating program plans.
• Ensures overall alignment and consistency across the program while driving execution, reporting progress, and managing performance.
• Delivers projects within expected timelines, budgets, and scope.

2. Solution Architecture Skills

• Documents complex As-Is and To-Be processes and defines the changes required to transition to the To-Be state.
• Plans and leads the collection and analysis of information and stakeholder consultations.
• Defines, discusses, and gains agreement on project deliverables.

Experience: 7+ years

Education: N1 - N2 level Japanese language
