Job description

Full-time. Mon to Friday, including Portuguese holidays (exc. Xmas and New year), 1pm to 10pm

Experience - 3-5 years of experience in IT Service Management, Application Support, L1 / L2 Help Desk Support - Experience in identifying process improvement opportunities, driving platform optimization initiatives and supporting enterprise-wide adoption programs. - Experience supporting large user populations across multiple Business Units, including Onboarding, Training, User Support and Adoption activities. - Monday.com experience

Role Overview Reporting to the Service Manager based in Portugal, the Platform Management Support Analyst will be responsible for selected operational support and reporting activities within a key 3rd party platform supported by our Client.

Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Support - User access provisioning and deprovisioning Access request processing and role management. - License allocation, utilization monitoring. - License procurement and onboarding coordination. - Procurement lifecycle management (quotes, PRs, POs, invoicing, payment coordination). 2. Stakeholder Engagement & Business Unit Support - First-line support for business units. - Intake management and request tracking. - User onboarding and training sessions. 3. Reporting, Documentation & Knowledge Management - Executive and leadership reporting. - Platform usage dashboards and KPI tracking. - Compliance reporting and audit support. 4. Compliance, Security & Vendor Governance - Support - Vendor relationship management. - Contract and renewal governance. - Invoice validation and billing reconciliation. - Risk management and audit readiness activities.

Required Skills & Competencies Must Have - Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred - Product Owner experience - Experience within Vendor Management, Procurement, Operations support, Manages Services or related functions. - Experience working with international teams and clients. Personal Attributes - Results-oriented and proactive. - Attention to detail. - High level of accountability and ownership. - Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration - Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Eng.
