Information générale :

Le segment d'affaires Transformateurs est un chef de file technologique mondial ainsi que le plus important fournisseur de transformateurs au monde. Nous sommes les pionniers des technologies numériques de transformateurs, et travaillons à la frontière de l’énergie renouvelable et des applications en courant alternatif et courant continu à ultra haute tension.

Responsabilités :

  • Lecture de plans pour assemblage et soudure de composants simples et complexes.
  • Souder des composants simples et complexes incluant les tuyaux, et ce selon les dessins ou tout autre document et instruction de production.
  • Manutentionner les composants et les assemblages avec treuil électrique, chariot élévateur et/ou pont roulant.
  • Effectuer la vérification et la réparation des fuites dans les soudures selon les spécifications et méthodes établies.
  • Occasionnellement marquer, assembler et pointer des composants simples et complexes selon les dessins ou tout autre document et instruction de production.
  • Souder, meuler et occasionnellement marquer, assembler et pointer les feuilles de cuivre à l'intérieur de la cuve ou de tout autre composant.
  • Connaissance et habilité pour utiliser l'équipement oxy-acétylène et souder à l'arc électrique (SMAW, GMAW, SAW, FCAW, arc pulsé), sur tous les métaux et en toutes positions.
  • Connaissances nécessaires pour minimiser les distorsions dues à la soudure.
  • Être qualifié selon les normes CWB, soudeur cat. "VS", pos. 1GF, 2G, 3GF et subir avec succès les tests de qualification.
  • Compléter les fiches de vérifications et documents requis.
  • Souder et dessouder les composantes des transformateurs de courant dans ce département.

Qualifications:

  • Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) dans un domaine technique pertinent,
  • Maîtrise des procédés de soudage
  • Lecture et interprétation de plans
  • Connaissance des normes CWB
  • Utilisation sécuritaire des équipements de levage et de soudage
  • Capacité à minimiser les distorsions et respecter les tolérances
  • Communications internes et externes : internes régulières. • Résolution des problèmes.
  • Effort physique
